Sichuan University encourages international conferences. The host of any international conference at Sichuan University is required to register to the International Office with an application report 4 months ahead of time. The report should state clearly the scale of the conference, the participants, the purposes, the time and venue. Also attached are the names of international participants, their CV, passport numbers and dates to come and leave China and budget solution, so that the office can prepare visa application forms and other necessary documents.
