The Business School of SCU started MBA program in 1998; which aims to cultivate business elites with profound humanistic foundation and comprehensive management skills through our distinctive cultivate model, excellent faculty, specific curriculum and a full range of career services. Through years of development, the program has become the leading MBA program in Western China.
The IMBA program is a two and half year full-time program at SCU, with a KDB education model, dual-tutor system (Each student can choose one academic tutor and one entrepreneur tutor) and excellent alumni network. The IMBA program will equip the international students with not only an international perspective, but also a Chinese and Asian focus. The courses are taught in English, which is ideal for candidates who need to/want to know general management theories/knowledge and the situations in China, to acquire practical management skills and Know-How in China, and to be a professional manager in China, Asia Pacific or elsewhere.
KDB Model is a unique education model developed to cultivate international business elites who are specifically sensible about China and Asia pacific. The essence of KDB Model is composed of Knowing (or knowledge), Doing (or skills) and Being (or a sense of purpose and identity), which is ideal for candidates who need to/want to know general management theories/knowledge and the situations in China, to acquire practical management skills and Know-How in China, and to be a professional manager in China, Asia Pacific or elsewhere.
The Program lasts for 2.5 years with 45 credits requested, among which 20 are required and 25 are electives (options).

The MBA admissions committee evaluates applicants through a comprehensive evaluation procedure. Applications are accepted throughout the year, and admission decisions are made before 15th July every year on a rolling basis. The selection will be competitive, so applicants are encouraged to apply as early as possible.
