四川大学医学相关单位:

2009年度CMB新项目申报工作即将开始，根据CMB的要求，结合我校的实际情况，现将项目申报的相关事宜通知如下：

1．2009年CMB资助方向

2009年CMB资助的方向是卫生政策及卫生体系科学，涵盖卫生政策及卫生体系科学研究、学科建设和教育。具体包括以下四方面：

A.Changing health problems and disease burdens--health metrics for mapping changing disease patterns, their causes and consequences

B.Health policies in finance, human resources, information, or technologies--public policies that shape the key components of (or the whole) health system

C.Innovations in health systems operations and management--operational, managerial, or implementation innovations in improving health systems performance

D.Chinaand global health--studies and education that connectChinato globalizing health world in disease patterns, health policies and health systems.

2．CMB项目申请摘要

按CMB项目申报惯例，申报工作第一步是撰写一份2页纸的项目申请中、英文摘要。摘要应包含以下内容：

A.Coreinformation--university, project title, principal investigator(s), amount and duration of the project

B.Institutional assessment--an appraisal of the university’s strengths and weakness in the health policy and system sciences, proposing why this particular project will address key gaps and build priority capacity in the university. The university should assess its faculty strengths and gaps across relevant schools, consider its future priorities, and aim its project to work that builds its capacity in the priority fields so identified.

C.Project content--problem statement and analysis, project goals and objectives, project activities to achieve the goals, projected products and results to be produced, and estimated budget.

3. 项目分类

A、种子项目（seed grant）：资助在设立重大项目之前所开展的探索性的、试验

性的、准备性的活动，每个种子项目经费预算不超过10万美元;

B、重大项目(major grant) ：每个项目的经费预算不超过25万美元

4. 2009年CMB新项目申报的时间要求

请各单位于2009年6月15日前，将CMB新项目中、英文摘要递交国际处医学国际合作项目管理办公室。
