The 2023 Counsellors' Work Reporting and Student Work Seminar was held on the morning of December 12th in the conference room on the third floor of Jianhuan Building on Jiang'an Campus. Hua Guochun, secretary of the Party committee of the college, Li Jiawei, deputy director of the academic and labour department of the Party committee of the university and director of the management office of Jiang'an Campus, secretaries of the Party branches of the departments of the college, representatives of the departmental teachers and all full-time counsellors attended the seminar. The seminar was hosted by Sun Bolei, deputy secretary of the Party committee and secretary of the discipline inspection committee of the college.

At the debriefing, all counsellors made a comprehensive and detailed debriefing report on the student management they were responsible for in 2023 and the ideological and political education, daily management of students, party and group construction, academic style construction, employment and further study, etc., in terms of the work carried out, the characteristics of the effectiveness, and the future outlook.

After the debriefing, representatives of the participating leaders, branch secretaries and department heads conducted a college evaluation of all counsellor teachers according to the implementation method of the college's counsellor work evaluation.
