In order to further strengthen the construction of talents and create a high-level faculty, the college held a talent work summary communication meeting on 22th December. Liu Wanyuan, deputy director of the talent office of the university, the leadership team of the college and principals in charge of the talent work of each department attended the meeting, and Hua Guochun, secretary of the Party committee of the college, presided over the meeting.

Professor Dai Feng, dean of the college, introduced the purpose of this meeting, hoping that through this meeting to comprehensively review the talent work in 2023, fully exchange work experience, the college and departments to form a synergy of the introduction of talent to help high-level talent cultivation and introduction; at the same time, hoping to get the guidance of the relevant departments of the university.

Subsequently, the person in charge of the talent work group of each department exchanged speeches on the current situation of the construction of disciplinary talent team, the characteristic path of attracting talents, and the development dilemma and suggestions. Hua Guochun made a concluding speech, hoping that people in charge of talent work and commissioners of the college and each department would summarize the experience and practice, to give full play to the enthusiasm of the teachers, and better carry out the talent work in the new year.
