Dr. Sophie Yang completed both her PhD degree and BSc degree at Loughborough University, United Kingdom. She is a Charted Psychologist of the British Psychological Society, Associate Professor at Business School, Sichuan University, and Guest Research Fellow in the School of Psychology and Speech Pathology at Curtin University.

Her research work mainly revolves around interpersonal relationships in sport, and this work has also applied to other life domains including industrial climate (business, organizations) and clinical treatment settings (doctor-patient). Sophie is a clinical psychologist, her consultancy focuses on psychological and psychiatric disorders, such as depression,eating disorderand schizophrenia, her most recent work has applied social cognitive and motivational theories to explore and intervene humans’ health behaviours.
