Dr. Zhiyi Meng is currently an associate professor at Business School of Sichuan University. He obtained his Ph.D. degree in technology economy and management from Sichuan University,  China in 2015. He published more than 30 SCI/SSCI/EI esearch papers and a monograph. His research interests include: Technical Innovation and System Management, Rural Reform and Development, Anti-Poverty.
