On September 5, in the 130-1 conference room of the College on Wangjiang Campus, the College organized a cadre meeting and a work arrangement meeting for the new autumn semester. Members of the college team, department heads, branch secretaries of serving teachers, section cadres and teacher representatives attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Sun Bolei, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Committee of the College.

Dai Feng, dean of the college, made the work deployment. Dai Feng first conveyed the spirit of the school's new semester work arrangement, asked the participants to seriously understand, study and implement the spirit of the school meeting, and orderly promote the school's four key work. Besides, continually promoting the implementation of the "1 + 5" system of documents is also prominent, in order to solidly promote the cause of the school's high-quality development by contributing the power by ourselves. Dai Feng discussed the College's priorities for the new autumn semester with the participants from ten areas : do a good job of inspection and rectification work, and solidly promote the normalization and long-term effect of party discipline learning and education; do a good job of large class enrollment, large class cultivation work and the student work and professional education at the beginning of the school year; strict implement the duties of postgraduate student tutors to further optimize the dynamic qualifications of tutors; implement the organized scientific research, enhance the level of scientific research and academic discipline construction level ,etc. Dai Feng pointed out that the effective implementation of the work of the college must be resonant with the development requirements of the school, mutually integrating and progressing. The college will optimize the qualification of postgraduate tutors in dynamic induction, organized scientific research, elite quality of talent cultivation, first-class construction of disciplines and other aspects of increased investment, in order to open up a new track, and strive to achieve more excellent results.

Hua Guochun, Secretary of the Party Committee of the College, made a concluding speech. Hua Guochun pointed out that the organization of this meeting is to take practical action to implement the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the Twentieth Party Congress, as well as the spirit of the school's new semester work deployment meeting. For the specific implementation of the work, Hua Guochun put forward four requirements. First, we should pressure the main responsibility, strengthen the cadres to take responsibility, find the role of the positioning, and increase management inputs. The second is to create a positive, united and co-operative working atmosphere, highlighting the justice, positive, positive energy, and strengthen the positive exchanges and communication. The third is that we should adhere to the bottom line thinking, continue to strengthen the construction of teacher morality and teacher morale, pay attention to the injury to the students and the network of public opinion problems, and be familiar with the key groups and typical examples and make emergency plans. Fourth, we should continue to maintain the theoretical learning style, timely follow-up learning the latest theory of the party and the latest national policies and guidelines, and effectively improve the theoretical level to improve business management capabilities and the ability to do practical work for teachers and students.

At the meeting, Vice President Liu Min and Lan Zhongren, Deputy Secretary and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission Sun Bolei made additional statements and key notes on the deployment of the work of the new semester successively considering the actual implementation of the work.
