In January 2012, our institute was identified as the experiment unit against corruption, which developed a detailed the ICAC risk prevention and control mechanism and obtained college party and government leaders’ stress. There are four stages: the planning phase , implementation phase , assessment stage and the improvement stage, from which was gradually implemented. At present, the first phase of work has basically ended.

Management and use of scientific research of funding is an important thing in the prevention and control Independent Commission Against risk. As a result, the College specially invited Zhang Xuelong -- vice secretary of Commission for Discipline Inspection of the school , Zhang Hong-- university research centers of major projects base management and Huang Yunsheng-- chief of School Bursary research funding for accounting Division to give a special report of anti-corruption -- the faculty of the management of research funding - forms and policies in the 205 multi-purpose hall of the College of Business Administration on the afternoon of June 8, 2012. The report was presented by Li Xiaofeng-- vice the auspices of the secretary of the Institute of Party committees.

In the report three experts gave a detailed explanation on research funding, management, use, reimbursement and other issues. Based on the truth, this report used large amount of data and typical cases, carefully analyzed various problems when using fund, and brought forward good ideas and suggestions on how to regulate the use of research funding.

Deputy secretary Li Xiaofeng once again expressed his grateful to the three experts at the end of the report, and hoped all the teachers in school could attach great importance to this report, find the point of the risk in the process of management and use of scientific funding seriously, and take appropriate preventive measures. On that condition, scientific research funding could truly play an active role in the research of our teachers’ work.
