Leading Group Studying the Scientific Concept of Development Held Expanding Meeting of Democracy Life

Leading Group of Business School held Expanding Meeting of Democracy Life at the afternoon of May 13, 2009. The participants attending the meeting are all members of the Party and the professors without classes that day. Vice-dean Prof. Shijian was also present.

The meeting was held based on collection of investigations and ideas of the masses. The members of Leading Group made conclusions in the meeting, and analyzed the existing problems from the aspect of party discipline, the problems reflected by the mass and not proper in promoting scientific development, in doing which, they made mentality and development orientation clearer.

Prof. Shijian thought that the participants referring this meeting were all well-prepared in investigating and collecting ideas of the mass. There would be many problems in course of reform that should be settled down by the deeper reform. The young teachers are our hope in the future, and we not only should build the high-level of scientific research, but also encourage young teachers to do better researches. The young teachers nowadays could not realize the comprehensive value of researches to their future development, so the leaders should strengthen communication and exchange with young teachers, to help them grow more quickly.
