On the morning of June 11th, the visiting group of CUHK (The Chinese University of Hong Kong) came to our college for a three-day exchange and communication.
In the morning, associate Professor Sophie Yang of our college delivered a lecture about “human resources challenges in China” to them. She introduced the current problems in China’s human resources field, exemplified the current situations of Chengdu and sports industry, and proposed some suggestions.
The next morning, our associate professor Haiyue Liu shared her opinions and discussed with the students about “management practice—Chinese management methods”. In the class, she took the success of Haier as an example for its adjustment to the international market, combined the thought in the Book of Changes and Confucianism to clarify Chinese management methods, and exchanged her ideas about some questions students asked.
Furthermore, they paid a visit to West China Hospital of Sichuan University，the museum of Academia Historical of Sichuan University , Sichuan University Museum and the High-Tech Zone.
In the afternoon of June 12th, the deputy dean of Sichuan University of Business School Wu Peng attended the Closing Ceremony and gave his best wishes to those students.
